Regional Dinner Series
A Taste of Central Anatolia March 12
We are continuing our Regional Dinner Series journey across Türkiye to Central Anatolia.
Each dinner in this series explores a different culinary region of Türkiye - its traditions, techniques, and the stories carried through its food. These evenings are designed as immersive, guided experiences that go beyond a typical restaurant service.
Central Anatolia sits at the heart of the country. Its cuisine is shaped by land, wheat, migration, and generations of deeply rooted culinary tradition. Bread is foundational. Slow-cooked dishes, layered preparations, and forno techniques define the table. The food is structured, intentional, and built from resilience.
For this installment, we will present a curated five-course menu inspired by the flavors and traditions of Central Anatolia. Each course will be introduced and woven into a broader narrative of the region’s culinary identity.
The evening includes:
A five-course traditional Anatolian menu
House made Osmanlı şerbeti and the connection to, and brief history of Ramadan
Regional dessert and Turkish coffee
House made Boza – a fermented winter beverage rumored to have aphrodisiac properties!
Guided storytelling throughout the experience
This dinner is designed for connection, learning, and cultural appreciation - a true celebration of Türkiye’s regional heritage brought to life in the Okanagan. Many of the dishes featured in this series remain deeply traditional and are rarely experienced outside of Türkiye. Our goal is to explore them thoughtfully - region by region.
This intimate experience has only 20 seats available.
